NIR Analyzer - Inframatic 9500
NIR grain analyzer, which analyses grains and oilseeds in less than one minute. No grinding required.
The Inframatic 9500 is a robust NIR grain analyser designed for demanding grain handling operations.
It provides rapid analysis of a wide range of grains and oilseeds, measuring moisture, protein, oil and other key parameters in less than 30 seconds. Its combination of modern electronics, precision optics and advanced chemometric models provides reliable measurements to support grain grading and quality decisions.
Designed for frequent use in grain handling environments, the Inframatic 9500 combines a durable construction with straightforward operation, making it suitable for grain intake points, elevators, laboratories and processing facilities.
Fast grain analysis
Analyse whole grain samples in less than 30 seconds, helping operators make quick quality assessments during busy intake periods.
Reliable measurements
Modern electronics, precision optical components and stable scanning-grating optics work together with advanced chemometric models to provide reliable measurement of key grain parameters.
Built for demanding environments
The robust construction and sealed module design help protect critical components, while the standardised architecture supports straightforward servicing and long-term operational stability.
Simple three-step operation
Routine analysis is straightforward:
- Select the grain type.
- Pour the sample and press Analyse.
- View the results and empty the sample box.
The large colour touchscreen and intuitive interface make the system easy to operate without complex setup or parameter adjustments.
NIR networking
Ethernet connectivity supports remote access and centralised management across multiple instruments and locations.
NetPlus Remote can be used for calibration distribution, performance monitoring and instrument configuration, while NetPlus Reports provides web-based access to analysis results.
Calibration transferability
The optical housing is machined from a solid metal block to help maintain precise alignment and consistency between instruments. Wavelength calibration using NIST-traceable standards further supports calibration transfer between instruments and across networks.
Official approvals
The Inframatic 9500 has received approvals in several countries for commercial grain trading and moisture analysis, including Australia, the United States, Germany, France, Austria, the Czech Republic and Serbia.
The Inframatic 9500 combines NIR analysis technology, integrated sample handling and networking capabilities in a compact grain analysis system.
Key features include:
- NIR analysis for grains and oilseeds
- Large colour touchscreen
- Intuitive operator interface
- Stable scanning-grating optics
- Solid metal optical housing
- Sealed module design
- Ethernet connectivity
- NetPlus Remote for remote instrument management
- NetPlus Reports for web-based access to analysis results
The standard unit has a sample capacity of 600 ml and is designed for rapid analysis of whole grain samples.
An optional Flour Module is also available for analysing flour samples for parameters such as moisture, protein and ash. The module includes two sample cells and a loading station.
The Inframatic 9500 is designed for grain quality testing across a range of operating environments.
Grain intake and receival
The analyser can be used at grain receival points to quickly assess incoming grain quality and support efficient grading decisions.
Grain elevators and processing facilities
Rapid analysis allows operators to assess grain quality and maintain efficient workflows in grain elevators and processing operations.
Laboratory analysis
The Inframatic 9500 can be incorporated into laboratory environments where reliable grain and oilseed analysis is required.
Commercial grain trading
With regulatory approvals in multiple countries, the Inframatic 9500 can support official moisture analysis and grain grading applications in regulated commercial grain markets.
Flour analysis
With the optional Flour Module, the same instrument can also be used to analyse flour for parameters including moisture, protein and ash, extending its use from incoming wheat grading to process monitoring within a flour mill.
