Measurement Cells and Probes
All measurement cells and probes contain no electrical components, moving parts, or sources of heat, ensuring intrinsically safe operation in hazardous areas and zero maintenance. Measurement confidence is further assured through Kemtrak’s integrated verification and calibration accessory using NIST-traceable filters placed directly into the optical measurement circuit without opening or contaminating the process line.
Kemtrak optical measurement cells and probes enable accurate real-time monitoring across industrial and hygienic applications. Containing no electronics, moving parts, or heat sources, they eliminate condensation and ensure safe operation in hazardous areas. They can couple directly to the UV Spectra or connect via fiber optics to remote remote analyzers. Featuring a true zero dead volume design, they prevent peak broadening, product loss, and cross-contamination in chromatography. Verification using NIST-traceable filters is performed directly in the optical circuit without opening the process line, ensuring high reliability and long service life.
